Ramie Pillette, LMA, Executive Director
Ramie became a licensed Colorado aesthetician in 2004 and has worked in aesthetics for over 21 years. She joined Accent Dermatology in 2011 and, in 2017, co-founded Accent Aesthetics with Dr. Kathleen Sawada and Dr. Stephen Huang, where she now serves as Executive Director.
With a strong foundation in medical aesthetics and experience in spa environments, Ramie is known for combining the relaxation of a spa with the precision and effectiveness of advanced medical treatments. She is highly trained in a wide range of advanced modalities and continually pursues education through courses and seminars to ensure her patients receive the most current, evidence-based care.
Ramie is passionate about partnering with each patient to understand their goals, educate them about their skin, and design personalized treatment plans that deliver meaningful, long-term results.
Outside of the office, Ramie enjoys traveling the world with her husband.
Kelly Cecil, LMA
After a fulfilling 26-year career in the Dental field, Kelly decided to follow her long-standing passion for skin care and transition into the world of aesthetics. In 2024, she graduated from The School of Botanical and Medical Aesthetics and earned her aesthetics license. Kelly brings a unique blend of precision, care, and professionalism from her dental background to her work in skin care. She is dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best through customized, results driven treatments. Kelly looks forward to beginning your skincare journey with you.
Kelly is a Colorado native. In her free time she loves spending time with her husband and two kids.
Corrina Buchanan, LMA, Front Desk and Aesthetician
A proud Colorado native, Corrina has been a dedicated esthetician since 2009, bringing years of experience, a deep passion for skin health, and a commitment to helping others feel confident in their own skin. Guided by values of authenticity, compassion, and continuous growth, she takes a personalized and holistic approach to beauty and wellness. When she’s not caring for clients, you can find her enjoying life with her two beloved Boston Terriers, who keep her grounded, joyful, and always laughing.
Chelsea Schweid, PA-C
Chelsea graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Nutrition. After working at Children’s Hospital in the nutrition department, she returned to the academic world to pursue training as a Physician’s Assistant. She graduated from Quinnipiac University with her Masters and PA degree. She practiced in the Boston, area for two years as a Physician’s Assistant with a private dermatology practice in Cape Cod. Chelsea practices general dermatology with special interests in cosmetics, hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) and minor surgery. She enjoys running (Boston Marathon 2010), horseback riding, snowboarding, the culinary arts and time with her husband

Hannah is the friendly face you’ll see when you walk through our doors. As our front-desk receptionist, she loves helping patients feel welcomed, cared for, and confident from the moment they arrive. With a calm, positive energy and a genuine passion for supporting others, Hannah ensures every visit starts with a smile.

Stephen Huang, MD, FAAD
Dr. Huang joined Accent Dermatology in 2012 and is now the owner of the practice. As Medical Director of Accent Aesthetics, he works closely with our providers to ensure the highest standards of medical oversight, safety, and clinical excellence across all services.
Kathleen Y Sawada, MD, FAAD
Dr. Sawada founded Accent Dermatology in 2003 and spent over a decade building a highly respected dermatology practice known for quality, integrity, and compassionate care. After retiring in 2014, she continues to enjoy traveling the world and remains an integral part of the foundation and legacy of Accent Aesthetics.
Together, their leadership, experience, and commitment to patient care have shaped Accent Aesthetics into the trusted practice it is today.
