How it works:
Choose the membership that fits your lifestyle and wellness goals:
- HRT Only Membership: $145 (Women) / $219 (Men)
- Wellness Membership: $399/month
- Elite Optimization Membership: $699/month
- Legacy Aesthetic Memberships: $100, $120, or $165/month (where applicable)
All memberships are auto-billed monthly to a credit or debit card on file.
Your membership begins the day you enroll and sign your agreement.
Need to adjust your level? No problem—your membership can be updated anytime with a new agreement.
Your benefits & flexibility:
- Monthly membership fees can be applied toward your scheduled treatment or eligible services (based on membership type)
- Select memberships include peptides, skincare treatments, and advanced wellness services
- You may skip up to two months per year, with those payments credited to your account for future use
- Members receive exclusive savings, including 10–15% off additional services, depending on membership level
- Access to member-only pricing on advanced peptides and therapies (select plans)
A few important notes:
- Memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and unused months do not roll over
- 24+ hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments to avoid late cancellation fees (per policy)
- Memberships cannot be combined with other promotions or specials
- Please notify us at least one week before your billing date for any payment updates or cancellation requests
- Once a payment is processed, refunds cannot be issued
