GETTING STARTED

with our HRT and GLP-1 Membership

Wellness Consultation — $250

Includes initial comprehensive labs and a 30-minute provider consultation to review your results, health history, goals, and treatment options.

Start an HRT or GLP-1 Membership the day of your consultation:

Add a $50 one-time setup fee, and your Wellness Consultation serves as your first membership month. No additional monthly membership charge that day.

How it works:

Choose the membership that fits your lifestyle and wellness goals:

  • HRT Only Membership: $145 (Women) / $219 (Men)
  • Wellness Membership: $399/month
  • Elite Optimization Membership: $699/month
  • Legacy Aesthetic Memberships: $100, $120, or $165/month (where applicable)

All memberships are auto-billed monthly to a credit or debit card on file.

Your membership begins the day you enroll and sign your agreement.

Need to adjust your level? No problem—your membership can be updated anytime with a new agreement.

Your benefits & flexibility:

  • Monthly membership fees can be applied toward your scheduled treatment or eligible services (based on membership type)
  • Select memberships include peptides, skincare treatments, and advanced wellness services
  • You may skip up to two months per year, with those payments credited to your account for future use
  • Members receive exclusive savings, including 10–15% off additional services, depending on membership level
  • Access to member-only pricing on advanced peptides and therapies (select plans)

A few important notes:

  • Memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and unused months do not roll over
  • 24+ hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments to avoid late cancellation fees (per policy)
  • Memberships cannot be combined with other promotions or specials
  • Please notify us at least one week before your billing date for any payment updates or cancellation requests
  • Once a payment is processed, refunds cannot be issued
